About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking, and/or financial services experience.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other technology applications.
- Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and modeling.
- Experience structuring financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities.
- Ability to lead discussions with clients during negotiations.
- Master's Degree MBA.
- Commercial and Industrial (C&I) underwriting experience.
- Experience managing the left lead/administrative agent role in syndicated deals.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $96k–$181k annually.
- Eligibility for incentive compensation including production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
