About the Role
As the Vice President of Product Strategy and Innovation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year product strategy, analyzing market trends for product innovation, and leading the implementation of an innovation process. You will collaborate across the healthcare ecosystem, build a robust product pipeline, and provide leadership to the product innovation team. This role also involves developing go-to-market strategies and ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits to achieve business goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the health insurance industry, with at least five years in a strategy/innovation role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-year product strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of building and implementing successful innovation processes.
- Experience working with solution partners and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
