About the Role
As a Vice President, Production Services Application Support II, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting moderately complex applications, performing complex troubleshooting, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with business and application development stakeholders. You will also monitor application changes, lead major incident management calls, and review disaster recovery processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 8-10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
