About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, direct lending, structured credit, or similar fields, preferably with sponsor-backed direct lending.
- Experience underwriting lead opportunities and managing a portfolio of senior debt investments.
- Ability to manage multiple live transaction processes with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in structuring and negotiating legal documentation including grids and credit agreements.
- Ability to assess credit quality and legal risks of potential investments.
- Experience with financial modeling and providing direction to junior team members on diligence and financial concepts.
