About the Role
As a Vice President in Site Selection & Incentives Advisory, you will meet with clients to assess their needs for new locations, develop parameters for site selection, create financial models, gather data to support decisions, present analyses to clients, negotiate incentives, direct staff in research and reporting, and prepare comprehensive reports on financial incentives available.
About You
Required:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within a consulting or real estate firm, economic development agency, or a state tax agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (master's in economic development highly preferred).
- Working knowledge of global financial incentives.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Management experience.

- Experience working with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
