About the Role
As the VP of Solutions Consulting, you will define the strategy and lead the execution of the Solutions Consulting function globally. Your responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building a high-performance team, acting as a voice of the customer, mitigating churn, overseeing product implementations, and maintaining client interactions to ensure successful adoption of Navan's products.
About You
Required:
- 7-10 years at a 'Big Four' or similar consulting firm with experience in Technical or Management Consulting.
- 7-10 years in Solutions Consulting with at least 2-3 years leading a practice at scale.
- Extensive experience in hiring, developing, and managing high-performance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in Fintech, ERP, Payments, or T&E ecosystems.
- Comfort navigating conversations with Finance/Accounting and Engineering/Integration teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
