About the Role

As the Vice President Support Services, you will design and direct the work of Support Services, including Patient Transport, Guest Relations, Environmental Services, and Food Nutrition Services. You will manage organizational talent, build relationships with stakeholders, lead divisional efforts for operational best practices, develop and manage budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Typically requires 10 years of relevant management experience.
Ability to lead a large team.
Strong people management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills and team building skills.
Strong proficiency in computer word processing, scheduling, and accounting spreadsheets.
Ability to lead in a highly matrixed complex organization.
Expert knowledge in facilities and vendor management.

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in related field.
