About the Role
As a Vice President, Wastewater Engineer, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in engineering, performing high-level professional engineering for wastewater projects, serving as a technical expert, coordinating design plans, and mentoring staff. You will also engage with clients and external entities to foster relationships and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Wastewater or closely related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant post education experience in water resources engineering.
- Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
- Proficient knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles, models, and technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Strong experience in managing the review and approval of documents and discipline-specific deliverables in a multi-project environment.
