- Experience designing and implementing communications and transformation strategies in complex organizations.
- Proven track record of strengthening corporate cultures and engaging employees with their companies' vision.
- Ability to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
