About the Role
As a Video Content Specialist, you will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, manage post-production processes, and collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to bring concepts to life. You will also stay updated on digital trends and optimize content for multiple platforms.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in video production and audio editing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and narrative flow.
Preferred:
- Experience using AI-enhanced tools (Descript, Runway ML, Pika, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
