About the Role
As a Video Editor and Media Specialist, you will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos, capturing high-quality footage, and managing social media content posting. You will collaborate with the media manager and creative team to create engaging content that resonates with car enthusiasts, while also tracking video performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years professional experience in video editing (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Proven experience in automotive storytelling (portfolio or channel required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar NLE.
- Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and captions.
- Ability to operate or quickly learn DSLR/mirrorless camera systems.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and automotive culture.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not a deal breaker if you have strong professional experience.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or Motion).
- Knowledge of YouTube analytics, SEO, and content optimization.
