About the Role
As the Director of Marketing Enablement – Generative AI, you will define and own the strategic roadmap for Generative AI across marketing, focusing on solutions that accelerate personalized content delivery. This hands-on leadership role includes overseeing a high-performing team, ensuring the adoption of GenAI solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive innovation in a highly regulated industry.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree & 7+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or digital, with at least 2 years in a marketing function.
- Experience with Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR processes) & Veeva Promo Mats.
- Experience with GenAI tools.
Preferred:
- Direct experience developing AI/ML solutions for commercial or marketing functions.
- Proven track record of delivering technology products in regulated industries, ideally life sciences.
- Exposure to US pharma marketing, regulatory review, or agency workflows.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or life sciences.
- Experience leading change management initiatives for technology adoption in large or regulated organizations.
