About the Role

As a Violations Processor Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and training team members, reviewing processor performance, and serving as the initial point of contact for escalations. You will also collect daily metrics, respond to inquiries, and provide feedback on operational procedures. The position requires collaboration in planning sessions and managing various internal projects while overseeing the team in the supervisor's absence.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Preferred:

Associate degree or college experience.
3 years of processing data entry experience.
