About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you will act as the right hand to the CEO, managing sales pipeline, executing outreach strategies, and creating content for digital channels. Your responsibilities will include researching target accounts, managing the CEO's calendar, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure sales deliverables are met.
About You
Required:
Bilingual in English with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Solid experience in B2B prospecting and outbound sales strategies.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Ability to craft personalized outreach messages based on research.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Previous experience supporting CEOs or Founders in product agencies or startups.
Strong interest or knowledge of AI-enabled software services.
Proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment workflows.
