About the Role
As a VISTA of Resource Development, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the donor management CRM database, developing follow-up communications for volunteers, creating Standard Operating Processes for key functions, and assisting in grant writing to secure funding for ARM's initiatives. You will also help track grant processes and feedback to improve future applications.
About You
Required:
- Some college education.
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of non-profit management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
