AmeriCorps is seeking a VISTA Senior Stability & Workforce Pathways Coordinator to join their team in West Hollywood, CA. The role focuses on building systems to help low-income older adults stabilize income and achieve housing and health stability.
About the Role
As a VISTA Senior Stability & Workforce Pathways Coordinator, you will design and implement systems that connect older adults to public benefits, digital support, and age-friendly workforce pathways. Your responsibilities will include developing intake tools, referral workflows, and centralized resource guides, as well as documenting employment and volunteer opportunities in partnership with Goodwill. You will also create training and referral tools to support benefits enrollment and independent living, while building tracking and reporting tools to measure outcomes related to income stabilization and benefits access.
About You
Required:
- Some college education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in community service or nonprofit work.
- Familiarity with public benefits and digital literacy resources.
