Summary
AmeriCorps is seeking a VISTA Technology Manager (Programs) to join their team in West Hollywood, CA. The role focuses on designing sustainable technology systems and internal reporting tools to enhance organizational efficiency and support measurable outcomes.
About the Role
As a VISTA Technology Manager, you will be responsible for designing modules in the existing CRM (Monday.com) to track program participants and key performance metrics. You will also create workflows for quarterly submissions and develop internal reporting templates and dashboards to support long-term monitoring and evaluation. This position is part of a capacity-building program that does not involve direct service delivery but aims to strengthen the organization's ability to provide data-informed services to low-income and vulnerable populations.
About You
Required:
- Some college education.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Monday.com.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
