About the Role
As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing volunteer assignments based on patient needs, collaborating with the Hospice Director, maintaining confidentiality, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with volunteer requirements. You will also document volunteer activities, generate reports, and participate in volunteer meetings to enhance the program.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 4 years of experience in volunteer coordination OR Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field AND 2 years in volunteer coordination.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
- Experience in Hospice or Home Health.
