About You
- Comprehensive understanding of substance addiction and recovery.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal boundaries.
- Experience using computers and required software.
- Knowledge of the Brockton and South Shore community and its recovery services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid recovery or lived experience with substance abuse in the family.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in managing peer support groups.
