About the Role
As the VP of HR, you will establish and implement the vision for HR initiatives, lead a team of HR Business partners, and drive informed decision-making using data. You will advise leadership on change management, drive best practices for talent selection and retention, and foster a culture of positive employee relations. Additionally, you will assess and design HR processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and influence organizational change across senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, matrixed, growth-oriented organizations.
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in a Talent Management COE.
