Summary
CAQH is seeking a Vice President, Account Management to lead their Account Management organization in a full-time, remote position. The role focuses on client retention, expansion influence, and long-term value realization across strategic accounts.
About the Role
As the Vice President, Account Management, you will be responsible for leading the Account Management organization to achieve net revenue retention and client satisfaction. You will own the enterprise Account Management strategy, partner with Sales leadership, oversee executive-level client relationships, and drive value realization from CAQH solutions. Additionally, you will develop performance metrics and mentor high-performing leaders within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in account management, customer success, or related client-facing leadership roles.
- Proven executive leadership experience in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health tech, healthcare, or technology environments.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable client-segmented models.
- Prior experience within payer-facing organizations and/or managing healthcare data management solutions.
