About the Role
As the Vice President of Care Transformation, you will direct medical management activities, drive care delivery innovations, align quality and financial incentives, and oversee regulatory compliance. You will also lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and community health outcomes, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in nursing, public health, healthcare administration, or MBA with a concentration in healthcare.
- 10 years as a healthcare leader in an Integrated Delivery System (IDS) ACO, CIN, Risk-Sharing Physician Organization, or Value-Based Care Enabler.
- 10+ years in leading the Quality Improvement function in an IDS, ACO, CIN, VBC Enabler organization, Federal or State Government.
- 5+ years as an Associate Vice President (AVP) or equivalent or as a vice president in a health care organization.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing projects and driving change within a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- LEAN/Six Sigma Certification and/or similar training.
- A strong track record of successfully leading quality and driving organizational change.
