About the Role
As the VP of Brand Management, you will report to the CMO and manage a team of Product and Brand Managers/Directors. Your responsibilities will include developing long-term brand strategies, overseeing product launches, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels. You will also analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within beauty, personal care, or adjacent consumer categories.
- Deep experience developing product category strategy and leading integrated marketing campaign development.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in skincare, sun category, and CPG.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
