Vector Media is seeking a VP, Brand Partnerships to join their Brand Partnerships team in New York, NY. The role involves leading efforts to capture untapped markets and transform zero-share brands into long-term partners.
About the Role
As the VP, Brand Partnerships, you will proactively engage with senior brand, marketing, media, and experiential decision-makers to sell the entire Vector portfolio, focusing on beauty and fashion verticals. You will establish and cultivate relationships through outreach, leverage unique asset offerings, and collaborate with the National agency team to build comprehensive account plans. This hybrid role requires a strong emphasis on strategic selling and client satisfaction.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
7-10+ years of media sales experience.
5-7+ years of experience selling to brand-direct clients.
Strong book of direct clients across various industry verticals.
Deep relationships with clients at CMO, Media Director, and Brand Manager levels.
Proven sales track record activating and retaining new brands.
Polished sales, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in fashion and beauty verticals.
Experience in experiential sales.
Exceptional team player with a focus on high-level customer service.
Benefits
Total compensation package range of $275,000 - $350,000 including salary, earned commissions, and potential for bonus.
Hybrid work model with 3 days a week in the office.
