Fiserv is seeking a VP Business Development to lead their CardConnect agent team in King of Prussia, PA. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team and driving growth across the CardConnect business segment.
About the Role
As the VP Business Development, you will lead a regional sales team focused on agent growth and revenue through Clover and Fiserv offerings. You will execute sales metrics, advocate for agent partners, collaborate with product and marketing teams, present to clients, and inspire a results-driven culture within your team.
About You
Required:
Minimum 12 years of sales/RM and sales management experience.
Experience selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
Demonstrated success in leading field sales/RM teams.
Ability to travel 50%+ across the US.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
