Summary

About the Role
As the VP, Consent & Preference Platforms, you will act as the Product Manager within an Agile structure, overseeing the platform's usage, governance, budgeting, and optimization. You will develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance with regulatory processes, and enhance customer satisfaction while driving innovation in consent and preference management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 14+ years of leadership and management experience.
- 10+ years of professional work experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles in technology, marketing, or privacy fields.
- 5+ years managing Marketing Technology platforms.
- 3+ years overseeing enterprise-level privacy and preference management platforms.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Computer Sciences/Information Technology.
- MBA or Juris Doctorate.
- Experience with Preference Management platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level engagements.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.
