Summary
Flexential is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations to oversee the operational efficiency, performance, and strategic direction of their data center facilities in Denver, CO.
About the Role
As the VP of Data Center Operations, you will lead the management of all data center facilities, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and performance. You will develop long-term operational strategies, manage the P&L, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will oversee infrastructure management, team leadership, vendor relationships, and strategic planning while ensuring risk management and compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Preferred:
- BS in engineering preferred, equivalent experience considered.
