About the Role
As the VP, Global Commercial Product Strategy, Oncology TA Lead, you will report to the Senior Vice President and be responsible for the commercialization strategy throughout the drug development process. This includes overseeing clinical trial design, lifecycle management, and portfolio prioritization. You will lead a team of approximately 20, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional leaders and managing the global launch planning for new oncology products.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales roles.
- Five or more years of experience marketing in the Oncology therapeutic area.
- BA/BS degree required; an MBA and/or advanced scientific or medical degree highly desired.
Preferred:
- Experience working in global markets such as the European Union or Japan.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and co-creation with internal and external partners.
