About You
- Fifteen or more years of experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or ecommerce.
- Deep experience driving scale through traditional performance channels such as paid social, search, video, and audio.
- Strong expertise in performance influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Experience managing large budgets of $30M or more.
- Highly analytical with a strong point of view on incrementality and profit-based measurement.
- A strategic leader who enjoys building teams and systems.
- Bonus experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG.
