- 10+ years of experience creating, building, or leading Strategy, Partnership and/or Operations teams.
- Outstanding project and partner management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft and communicate a compelling strategy.
- Experience in planning, setting priorities, and driving execution for maximum impact across sizeable organizations.
- Experience negotiating and executing complex and innovative deals.
