About the Role
As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you will shape the company’s narrative in the capital markets, manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and partner with executive leadership to communicate financial performance and strategy. Responsibilities include developing investor messaging, overseeing financial analyses, preparing executive briefings, leading event strategies, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and mentoring the investor relations team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credential strongly preferred.
- 12–17+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing an investor relations strategy within a public company environment.
- Deep financial acumen, including expertise in financial modeling, capital markets, valuation metrics, and earnings communication.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and strategy into clear, compelling messages.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, Board members, institutional investors, and analysts.
- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence, professional judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and composure.
