Summary
TicketNetwork, Inc. is seeking a VP IT Infrastructure to lead their design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure, Security, and Help Desk in South Windsor, CT.
About the Role
As the VP IT Infrastructure, you will oversee multiple IT teams including Infrastructure, Network, Operations, Security, Database, and Help Desk. Your responsibilities will include managing on-premise private cloud systems and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and security, leading modernization and migration to AWS Cloud, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will also collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing IT teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, VMware, AWS/Azure Architect, or Cisco.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. PCI-DSS).
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell).
