About the Role
About You
- 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Head of Accounting, Controller, or equivalent role.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct) and experience with ERP implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred).
- Experience in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment with $50M+ ARR.
- Expertise in managing large receivables portfolios and optimizing collections processes.
- Familiarity with receivables factoring, securitization, or similar fintech models.
- An advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
