About the Role
As the VP of Demand Generation and Events Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies across various marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include driving pipeline growth, overseeing high-impact industry events, translating complex technology into compelling value propositions, collaborating with product and sales teams, managing a marketing team, and establishing metrics to track performance.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in ad tech, martech, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing successful demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience in marketing technical solutions to both business and technical decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in CTV and mobile environments.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Data-driven approach to marketing with experience leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent the company at industry events.
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to both buy-side and sell-side players in the ad tech ecosystem.
- Background in producing technical webinars, workshops, or conference presentations.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising, app monetization, and CTV advertising landscapes.
