About the Role

As the VP of Manufacturing Operations, you will be fully accountable for delivering safe, predictable, and scalable operational performance. You will define and execute manufacturing operations strategy, serve as the senior executive for production performance, and build a scalable execution engine. Your responsibilities include leading site leaders, establishing operating rhythms, and driving execution excellence through disciplined processes.

About You

Required:

15-20+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or operations within discrete manufacturing environments.
Direct experience supporting hyperscale customers or large cloud/data center operators.
Proven success leading large, multi-site manufacturing organizations delivering high-volume, schedule-critical programs.
Demonstrated experience scaling production capacity, including new facility launches or major expansions tied to hyperscaler growth.
Track record of materially improving on-time delivery, throughput, and operational stability in demanding customer environments.
