Summary
Vantage is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead their marketing organization, ideally based out of their NYC office. The role involves driving developer-focused marketing strategies and generating qualified pipelines for both Commercial and Enterprise segments.
About the Role
As the VP of Marketing, you will be the single-threaded leader for all marketing activities at Vantage. Your responsibilities include driving a differentiated go-to-market strategy, managing and developing the marketing team, recruiting across various marketing functions, and defining processes and workflows for effective product deployment. You will also empower your team by setting clear goals and providing necessary resources.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cloud, developer tools, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a marketing role.
- Strong people management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in setting up team infrastructure and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Preferred:
- Experience in monitoring and observability.
- Experience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
