About the Role
As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, lead the transformation of the GTM organization with advanced AI tools, design the RevOps function's organizational structure, and own the revenue tech stack. You will also build a best-in-class deal desk function, partner with the CRO and CFO on sales forecasting, and use data to drive strategic decisions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in scaling a hyper-growth startup B2B tech company.
- Track record of designing and scaling RevOps teams and infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and related GTM tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action.
Preferred:
- Experience with automation, data management, and AI integration.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4 days a week.
