Summary
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Vice President of Sales - DME to lead their Durable Medical Equipment division. This is a fully remote leadership role focused on driving national growth and building a high-performing sales team.
About the Role
As the Vice President of Sales, you will develop and execute a scalable national sales strategy, build and coach a team of sales professionals, and foster relationships with DME distributors and healthcare providers. You will identify new market opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, track sales performance, and represent the company at industry events, with up to 50% travel required.
About You
Required:
- 7-10 years of DME sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success leading sales teams and scaling revenue in the medical device industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of cryotherapy, physical therapy, pain management, or sports medicine markets.
- Existing relationships within the DME provider network and distributor channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Benefits
- Base salary of $90k-$120k + commission.
- First year OTE of $150k-$160k.
