About the Role
As the VP of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for establishing performance metrics, maintaining inventories, optimizing production supplies, analyzing current procedures for efficiency improvements, developing policies for quality and safety, negotiating with suppliers, and managing personnel within the Supply Chain/Purchasing department. You will also ensure compliance with legal requirements and monitor supplier performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership.
- Proven leadership/management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in supply chain processes, logistics, and knowledge of relevant software/ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal/written communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
