About You
- 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Management, Operations, or another technical discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years dedicated operations experience with progressive growth in responsibilities.
- Demonstrated track record of Continuous Improvement experience.
- Senior management experience running large organizations (500+ employees).
- Global experience and ability to communicate across various cultures.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
