Summary
AdventHealth is seeking a Vice President for the Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal Institute to oversee MSK and orthopedic programs across the Central Florida Division, focusing on strategic planning, program development, and performance improvement.
About the Role
As the Vice President for the Musculoskeletal Institute, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of orthopedic service lines, collaborating with hospital leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will lead market expansions, clinical quality initiatives, and partnerships while managing program administrators and support teams. Your role includes evaluating operational efficiencies and implementing clinical care models to enhance brand recognition and business growth.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare business or clinical science.
- Minimum of ten years of diverse experience in the musculoskeletal arena, with at least three years in program development.
- Minimum of seven years in progressively responsible administrative roles in a hospital or hospital system.
- Extensive experience working closely with physicians and managing challenging situations.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Nursing Administration, or Nursing Sciences.
