- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in leading complex organization design and change management initiatives at a global scale.
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of talent development best practices, including executive development and succession planning.
- Expertise in linking business strategy to People strategies with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
