About the Role
As a VP, Portfolio Manager - Money Markets, you will be responsible for money market trading and portfolio management for various short-term accounts and funds. Your tasks will include conducting repurchase agreement trades, maintaining money market data integrity, generating compliance reports, and ensuring adherence to firm policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with 5 years of work experience in a Fixed Income environment.
- Portfolio Management experience with a desire to assist the SVP with strategy necessary to outperform the benchmark.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing demands.
Preferred:
- Experience using Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess.
- Prior experience in back and middle office functions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them.
