About You
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field with essential classes in finance, accounting, and economics.
- Approximately seven plus years of real estate industry experience demonstrating solid real estate analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated real estate analytical skills, including the ability to identify and analyze comparable property sales and leases.
- Strong technical modeling skills with Excel and ARGUS software.
- Knowledge of commercial property lease terms and adjustments to yield comparable rent amounts.
- Thorough competence in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills.
- Possession of, or progress toward, real estate industry certifications and licenses, e.g., MAI, CCIM, certified general real estate appraiser, broker, CPA, etc.
- Willingness to travel.
