About the Role
As the VP Sales, you will architect and scale a high-performing go-to-market engine, own revenue strategy, drive demand across a defined enterprise target account list, and elevate the company’s brand as a category leader in embedded financial infrastructure. You will define and execute a multi-year revenue strategy, build and mentor a sales organization, and engage in high-value enterprise opportunities.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years leading and scaling sales teams within high-growth B2B software or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise demand generation and closing complex, competitive deals.
- Experience operating in companies that defined or dominated their category.
- Hands-on leadership style with a bias toward execution and accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate technical and financial value to executive stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating complex sales cycles involving contractual, regulatory and technical considerations.
- Genuine interest in financial services, infrastructure or embedded finance models.
