Oscar Health is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their Sales team in New York, NY. The role focuses on leading Oscar's growth engine in the ACA and ICHRA markets, architecting distribution strategies to capture market share.
About the Role
As the VP of Sales, you will design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the ACA Exchange and ICHRA market, oversee broker and agency distribution networks, and ensure top-line revenue and membership growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally, lead negotiations with major brokerage firms, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
About You
Required:
15+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in a high-growth environment.
10+ years in the health insurance market with deep technical knowledge of ACA mechanics and ICHRA structures.
7+ years of experience managing and scaling large, remote, or geographically dispersed sales teams.
Preferred:
Experience in InsureTech or tech-enabled healthcare organizations.
Existing relationships with top-tier national brokerages and benefits consultants.
Deep understanding of the 'Defined Contribution' shift in employer benefits.
