- Strong understanding of public sector risk, including distribution channels and decision-making dynamics.

- Client centricity with experience in broker-led distribution models.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal partners and influence outcomes.
- Experience with innovative risk transfer solutions such as parametric insurance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Executive-level communication skills.
