About the Role
As the VP of Social & Editorial, you will oversee the development of innovative multi-channel campaigns and social engagement strategies. You will manage a team of content creators and strategists, direct the creative team, and synthesize audience insights to build effective editorial strategies. Your role will involve building relationships with platforms, developing audience intelligence, and executing strategic ambassador programs to drive audience growth.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of professional experience in audience growth and content strategies for social media platforms.
- Experience managing multi-channel social programs and cross-platform teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong copywriting experience with the ability to maintain brand tone and voice.
- Experience establishing and managing complex social calendars.
- Proven track record as a self-starter and strategic thinker.
