Summary
Stellantis is seeking a VPE - General Assembly Tooling Process Supervisor to join their team in Auburn Hills, MI. The role involves supervising tooling engineers in the development of processes and tooling for automotive assembly operations from design concept through vehicle launch.
About the Role
As a VPE - General Assembly Tooling Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving data-driven decisions, and ensuring process robustness. You will facilitate 2D/3D layouts, manage tooling implementation, and communicate effectively with all levels of management. The position requires extensive travel and a focus on creating a solid team atmosphere.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience related to Automotive General Assembly process.
- Project Management Experience.
- Ability to manage focused digital scrolls and PFMEAs to ensure process robustness.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter, AMPs, and MEDDS.
- Ability to manage tooling implementation.
- Budgeting experience.
- Self-motivated champion of change.
Preferred:
- Science Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Good understanding of Stellantis Production Way methodologies/tools.
