About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments, accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining organized warehouse spaces, operating warehouse equipment safely, performing routine inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned by management.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with LGVs, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
